MSNH Staff

Marnice Smith, President / CEO Founded  Meeting Seniors Needs Hotline (MSNH) in 2009 to provide a better standard of life for Seniors.  Her career as an insurance professional spans over 25 years in the areas of Auto Insurance (Resolution and Coverage Specialist) and Workers Compensation.
After receiving Certifications and Licenses in various disciplines of Insurance, her focus changed when she became a Licensed Certified Medicare Advantage Representative.  Late 2008 during her journey as a Licensed Certified Medicare Advantage Representative appointed to over 10  Medicare Advantage Plan Carriers, she was required to visit 4 to 5 Medicare Beneficiaries homes a day,  5 to 6 days a week.
She was amazed and alarmed as she witnessed that so  many Seniors were being forgotten. There was no one to assist them in understanding the maze of insurance requirements, available resources and their rights as a Senior citizen. She later realized that many Medicare Beneficiaries homes included Veterans and Disabled.  She saw a great deal, she heard a great deal and vowed that she would find a way to enhance the lives of  Seniors, Veterans, and Disabled worldwide.
After corroboration with her friend, LaFonta Wall, I vowed to find a way to make a difference in the lives of Seniors, Veterans and the Disabled.  Thus, on June 9, 2009 MSNH was established as a 501(c)(3)  nonprofit organization with our main focused on helping Seniors.  As the non profit developed, our Vision was expanded to include Veterans and Disabled.
MSNH niche of unique free services has been handled by dedicated volunteers and its value wasn’t realized until late in 2009.  2010 as our journey continued, we broadened our list of services and now includes a focus on ADA compliance in many areas (February 2016 I obtained my ADA Certification – ADAC).  March 2010 we moved into our corporate office in Riverside Ca now serving over 600 clients worldwide.
Our challenge has been to obtain funding to continue providing services and education to those in need.
